I actually don't have anything on the first difficult bulldoze other than what came with the install. And so how to do all-time employ these ii drives?

Yous can insert the deejay and create a volume on it. That doesn't bear upon the current deejay.

If your current book is capable to be extended to a two disk raid 1 array, the data will remain. But when you have to create a new volume to practice so, the data will be lost.
BTW, if your data is valuable, you should accept a backup. A disk is a fragile, mechanical device, and information technology *volition die* some 24-hour interval.

You lot can select your current book, and then click edit, information technology should allow you to extend the Basic volume to the RAID1 with another disk.

I have put a 2d hard drive in my nas. I can see it listed under disks, but I don't know how to utilise information technology. There is no way to share the drive or format it. Tin can someone help? I don't want to do too much because I don't desire to lose information on my first bulldoze.
I don't see information technology listed here.
Just information technology is listed here.Thank you.
